Growth

We will measure your baby's weight, height and head circumference and enter the data into the growth charts.

Development

Babies are born with natural development and learning skills, and you should know the valid development range is wide. In each session at the Family Health Center (Tipat Halav), we will evaluate the development of motor skills, language, communication, emotional skills and social skills according to the age.

In this session, we will evaluate the ability to visually track moving objects, the sounds made in response to sounds we make, smiling in response to our smile, and the ability to lift the head when lying on the stomach.

We will also discuss how to advance the development of your baby at home.

Guidance

We are here for you and your family. You can share any question or thought about treating the baby and emotions you may be experiencing. The nurse will listen to you, answer any question and provide guidance on feeding, sleeping, safety, dealing with crying, giving vitamin D and more.

Vaccination
  • 5 in 1 Vaccine (DTaP-IPV/Hib)
  • Rotavirus
  • Pneumococcal

The first dose of the 5-in-1 (DTaP-IPV/Hib) vaccine, the pneumococcal vaccine, and the rotavirus vaccine will be administered in this session. Note: due to an outbreak of infectious diseases, the session planned for the age of two months was moved to the age of six weeks, so that the vaccines can be administered earlier.

Medical Evaluation

To make sure the physical condition is good, the physician will ask you questions about the condition and function of the baby since birth, go over the results of tests done at the Family Health Center (Tipat Halav) so far, and perform a full physical examination.
