We will measure your baby's weight, height and head circumference and enter the data into the growth charts.
During the session, we will go over the letter of discharge from the hospital, review the body systems and their symmetry, make sure there is no concern of hepatitis, rash or significant weight loss and more.
We are here for you and your family. You can share any question or thought about treating the baby and emotions you may be experiencing. The nurse will listen to you, answer any question and provide guidance on feeding, sleeping, safety, dealing with crying, giving vitamin D and more.
During the session, we would love to hear how you have been, talk about the postpartum period, support and guide you through the early stages of parenthood.

Hepatitis B
The second dose of the vaccine for hepatitis B will be administered in this session.
We will measure your baby's weight, height and head circumference and enter the data into the growth charts.
Babies are born with natural development and learning skills, and you should know the valid development range is wide. In each session at the Family Health Center (Tipat Halav), we will evaluate the development of motor skills, language, communication, emotional skills and social skills according to the age.
In this session, we will evaluate the ability to visually track moving objects, the sounds made in response to sounds we make, smiling in response to our smile, and the ability to lift the head when lying on the stomach.
We will also discuss how to advance the development of your baby at home.

5 in 1 Vaccine (DTaP-IPV/Hib)

Pneumococcal
The first dose of the 5-in-1 (DTaP-IPV/Hib) vaccine, the pneumococcal vaccine, and the rotavirus vaccine will be administered in this session. Note: due to an outbreak of infectious diseases, the session planned for the age of two months was moved to the age of six weeks, so that the vaccines can be administered earlier.
To make sure the physical condition is good, the physician will ask you questions about the condition and function of the baby since birth, go over the results of tests done at the Family Health Center (Tipat Halav) so far, and perform a full physical examination.
We will measure your baby's weight, height and head circumference and enter the data into the growth charts.
In this session, we will evaluate the visual tracking of objects moving vertically, responses to voices and sounds, joyful response to human voices and figures, the ability to make various sounds (including consonants), the ability to bring the hands to the middle line, the ability to grip and hand over objects, the ability to lift the head and the chest when lying on the stomach.
We will also discuss how to advance the development of your baby at home.

The nurse will listen to you, answer any question and provide guidance on various subjects such as feeding, sleeping, safety, language, play, giving vitamin D until the age of one year and increasing the dose of the iron supplement given until the age of eighteen months.

The third dose of the 5-in-1 (DTaP-IPV/Hib) vaccine, the rotavirus vaccine, the hepatitis B vaccine and the live attenuated vaccine for polio will be administered in this session.
We will measure your baby's weight, height and head circumference and enter the data into the growth charts.
In this session, we will evaluate the ability to knock objects against each other as a game, the ability to make sounds as in a dialogue, responses when the baby is called by name, gestures, independent eating, the ability to grab a pincer, understanding of simple instructions, the ability to sit up without help, the ability to say one word or make a sound with a meaning.
We will also discuss how to advance the development of your baby at home.
You can share any question or thought about treating the baby. The nurse will listen to you, answer any question and provide guidance on various subjects such as feeding, sleeping, safety, language, play, giving vitamin D until the age of one year and giving an iron supplement until the age of sixteen months. In addition, you will be referred to a blood count, which should take place toward the one-year session.

The third dose of the 5-in-1 (DTaP-IPV/Hib) vaccine, the pneumococcal vaccine and the first dose of the 4-in-1 (MMRV) vaccine will be administered in this session.
We will measure your child's weight, height and head circumference and enter the data into the growth charts.
In this session, we will evaluate the abilities to recognize one body part, walk without help, climb stairs with help, eat independently with a spoon, build a cube tower, contract the lips and press them to give a kiss, exhibit a vocabulary of more than 10 words, play a functional game (such as moving a toy car), initiate an interaction or mutual play.
We will also discuss how to advance the development of your child at home.
You can share any question or thought about treating your child. The nurse will listen to you, answer any question and provide guidance on various subjects such as feeding, sleeping, safety, language, play, stopping the administration of an iron supplement and stopping using diapers.

Hepatitis A

We will measure your child's weight and height and enter the data into the growth charts.
In this session, we will evaluate the abilities to speak to communicate, understand actions with a helping gesture, name objects, make sentences with at least two words, run without falling, climb up and down stairs with the support of a banister, participate in daily activities, imitate a drawing of horizontal, vertical and circular lines, play a symbolic game (such as put a doll to bed).
We will also discuss how to advance the development of your child at home.

Hepatitis A

In this session, we will evaluate the abilities to stand on one foot, count to three, recognize at least three prepositions, speak in an understandable way, play with friends of the same age, dress up independently, eat with a fork and a spoon.
We will also discuss how to advance the development of your child at home.
You can share any question or thought about treating your child. The nurse will listen to you, answer any question and provide guidance on various subjects such as nutrition, sleeping, safety, language and play.
In this session, we will evaluate the vision acuity.
