Nursing Home Care Departments at Health Bureaus

The Long-Term Illness Departments in the health bureaus provide services in the following fields:
- Long term hospitalization in nursing care institutions
- Assistance in purchasing rehabilitation and mobility aids
- Assistance in adapting housing conditions for older adults with limited mobility (assistance is provided by the Ministry of Construction and Housing; the process of determining eligibility and preparing the documents is conducted with the assistance of the health bureaus and the HMOs)
How to contact the Long-Term Illness Departments
- You can send the document via email, fax, or mail to the health bureaus in your area of residence (according to the address in the I.D.)
- There is no need to go to the bureau to deliver the documents
